Project summary

As founding designer at Avy AI, I led end-to-end design of an AI assistant that eliminated information silos across R&D teams by ingesting information from disparate tools (email, Slack, meetings, GitHub, Figma, etc.) into a unified interface. Team members could ask questions and receive contextual answers, daily briefings, meeting preparation, and automated action items, no more searching across platforms.

I conducted 30+ user interviews to validate problems and test solutions. Through iterative prototyping, I developed a daily timeline interface that connected naturally to users' workday rhythm. As sole designer in this pre-seed startup, I built the complete design system and partnered with the CEO to shape product and go-to-market strategy.
