How I work
I run a small crew of AI agents so I can design and build faster than I could alone.
I was frustrated with how unpredictable working with AI could be, so I built a small team of agents and a kanban board for them to work from. Each agent has a role, every task is visible, and nothing ships until I've reviewed it. The result is that I can take an idea, turn it into a working prototype, and put it in front of real people through a process that is fast and predictable.
