Project summary

The Tendo tools platform was a suite of workflow automation tools that enabled administrators to rapidly create patient surveys, communications, and targeted workflows. Using a rules engine, the system ensured messages reached the correct patient groups without manual intervention. Initially developed for cardiology, it streamlined post-surgery care by replacing daily phone calls with automated surveys that fed data directly into the system.
